Clean Cleaning Services provides professional domestic and office cleaning services across London and surrounding areas.

All services are carried out by trained cleaning professionals and are delivered to the best of our ability using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Prices for our cleaning services start from £14.50 per hour. Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Size of the property

  • Type of cleaning required

  • Condition of the property

  • Time required to complete the job

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer.

3. Booking and Payment

Customers may book our services by phone, email, or through our website.

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. Payment may be required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Access to Property

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.

If access cannot be provided or the appointment is missed, we reserve the right to charge for the scheduled service time.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

We request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Informing us of any areas requiring special attention

  • Ensuring the property is safe for our cleaners to work in

  • Securing or removing valuable or fragile items

While we take great care during our services, we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or unsecured items.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clean Cleaning Services shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control

  • Damage caused by faulty equipment, poor installation, or pre-existing conditions

  • Normal wear and tear within the property

9. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or update our services, pricing, and terms at any time. Any updates will be published on our website.
